Oxford

We had a trip to Oxford a couple of weeks ago. It's a beautiful old town.

We climbed up to the top of the church towers - gorgeous views of the old buildings and spires all over Oxford. Brett was a little too tall for the old staircase.

We had lunch at the Turf Tavern where this sign is mounted describing the efforts of our ex prime minister's beer sculling whilst he was a student at Oxford University. A yard glass in 11 seconds - quite impressive.
